Greg Havens a Co-Founder, and CTO of Raindance, a cloud and automation consultancy that helps customers realize significant savings and increased service levels through public and private cloud offerings. His clients include nationwide healthcare payers, major financial institutions, global oil & gas companies, and many others in the Fortune 500. Previously, Greg worked in field and technical sales proving the value of public, private, and hybrid cloud offerings to HP’s strategic accounts His career spans all manner of technical work from IT Operations and Software Development to providing executive leadership to technical personnel in multiple startups. Greg is currently involved in all efforts involving the sale or deployment of Raindance’s technical services and he oversees, manages, and consults in the majority of Raindance efforts. After graduating with a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M, Greg moved to Austin full time to start his development career with IBM. In his spare time, Greg likes to travel the world with his family, sharing other cultures with his daughters, and occasionally write some Python.

Jesse Langhoff is a Co-Founder and VP of Sales at Raindance. With over 15 years of experience in leveraging technology to address business challenges, Jesse works with customers to determine the optimal path to meeting their goals. Jesse started Raindance with Greg after becoming fed up with the way major technology vendors do business. Rather than using customer problems to sell software, Jesse and Greg built a business around solving complex business and technical challenges leveraging the investments and skills possessed by our customers. In doing so, he has built a trust-based business in which Raindance is partnered, shoulder to shoulder, delivering high-value business and technology solutions with our customers on behalf of their business.

His professional career spans 25+ years of creating and executing aggressive business goals, building partnerships with new and existing customers across all facets of the C-suite, identifying large new market initiatives, and capturing lucrative new business opportunities.
Bill has operated in the capacity of CEO or senior executive for over 20 years bringing new technologies to market and dramatically growing the business of each venture under his leadership. Over the course of his career Bill has led the growth of $15b businesses, establishing and growing businesses domestically and across the globe.

Curt has a track record of exmplary performance as a senior executive in sales and operations. He has lead multinational sales organizations in their growth from hundreds of millions to billions in revenue and has guided organizations in their transition from being services providers to successful technology companies. As a managing partner with Raindance Curt is responsible for overseeing the rapid growth of the business as a major player in the cloud and devops technology space.
